1. Who these terms are with

This website and the service described on it are operated by МИКОЛА ЧЕРНЕТА, вул. Центральна, 27, с. Лісове, Vinnyts'ka oblast, Ukraine, 23000, Ukraine, trading as BEXU163 (“we”, “us”). By using the site or submitting a form you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

We exchange Counter-Strike 2 virtual items with users through a written, manually reviewed request process. The website lets you submit a trade request and contact support. It does not host user accounts, automated pricing, automated trading, chance-based mechanics, wagering or any form of investment product, and it does not process payments.

Submitting a request is an invitation for us to review it. It does not create a binding agreement to exchange anything. An exchange exists only once we have proposed specific terms in writing, you have accepted them, and the corresponding trade offer has been completed in Steam.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • You must be the legitimate owner of the Steam account and of the items involved, and your account must be in good standing with Valve Corporation.
  • You must be legally permitted to use this service in your country. Where local law restricts the exchange of virtual items, you are responsible for complying with it.
  • You must not act on behalf of another person without their knowledge.

4. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate information, including a Steam Trade URL that belongs to you and an email address you control.
  • Keep your Steam credentials to yourself. We never ask for them, and disclosing them to anyone is your own risk.
  • Check every trade offer inside Steam before you confirm it, and decline anything that does not match the terms agreed by email.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an offer, a message or a request is not genuine.

5. CS2 virtual items

Counter-Strike 2 items are virtual entitlements within the Steam platform. They are governed by Valve Corporation’s own agreements, and Valve can change, restrict or remove them at any time. We do not issue, create or guarantee any item, we make no statement about the present or future value of any item, and we do not present items as an investment or as a way to earn money.

6. The Steam trade process

Every transfer happens as an ordinary Steam trade offer, subject to Steam’s rules, trade holds, cooldowns and availability. We cannot shorten, bypass or influence those, and we never operate inside your account. The final confirmation of a trade offer is always performed by you. If Steam is unavailable or a trade hold applies, the exchange waits until Steam allows it.

7. Prohibited activity

  • Using the service for money laundering, fraud, or the disposal of items obtained unlawfully or through a compromised account.
  • Submitting requests on behalf of a person whose account is banned, restricted or subject to a Steam trade restriction.
  • Attempting to interfere with the website: automated submissions, scraping, load generation, probing for vulnerabilities or bypassing rate limits.
  • Impersonating this service or any of its staff, including in messages sent to other users.
  • Sending unlawful, abusive or threatening content through the forms.

We may decline any request, at our discretion and without giving a commercial reason, including where we believe one of the points above applies.

8. Fees

Submitting a trade request and contacting support are free. The website does not take payments and holds no payment details. Where an exchange involves a difference in the items on each side, the terms of that exchange are stated in writing before you accept them, and there are no additional charges beyond what is stated there.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a fault at our hosting provider, at Steam, or on the network in between. Requests are reviewed during working hours, Monday to Friday, and we do not guarantee a specific response time.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including changes to Steam, trade holds, item restrictions or the actions of Valve Corporation; for loss resulting from your disclosure of Steam credentials to any third party; for loss resulting from your confirming a trade offer that does not match the terms agreed with us; or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in connection with a request is limited to the value of the items involved in that specific request.

11. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code and graphics of this website belong to МИКОЛА ЧЕРНЕТА, except where they belong to a third party. Counter-Strike 2, Steam and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation, referred to here only to describe what the service works with. You may not copy the site or present it as your own.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may decline a request or stop dealing with an account where these terms are breached, where we are legally required to, or where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent. Where we do so, we tell you at the email address you supplied, unless a law prevents us.

13. Cancellation and refunds

The rules on cancelling a request and on what happens after a trade is confirmed are set out on the refund and cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the current version is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top. The terms that apply to a request are the ones published when the request was submitted.

15. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

16. Independence from Valve

This website is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.
