Counter-Strike 2 item exchange

Exchange CS2 Items with a Clear Process

Send us your Steam Trade URL and a short description. A member of our team reviews the request by hand and replies by email with the terms of the exchange we can offer. Nothing moves in your inventory until you accept a trade offer yourself, inside Steam.

Submit a Trade Request How It Works

We never ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard codes or API keys.

How it works

Four steps, all of them visible to you. Steps two and three are done by a person, so they take working hours rather than seconds.

  1. 01

    Submit your request

You provide the information needed to review the exchange: your Steam Trade URL, an email address and notes describing the items involved.

  2. 02

    Request review

We check the information you provided and whether the exchange is available on our side. Requests that we cannot handle are declined by email, with the reason stated.

  3. 03

    Review the proposed trade

You receive an email describing the exchange we can offer: which items go each way and any conditions attached. You are free to decline, reply with questions or do nothing.

  4. 04

    Confirm through Steam

If you accept, the trade offer is sent to your Steam Trade URL. The final confirmation of the corresponding Steam operations is performed by you, inside Steam.

We never ask for your Steam password. No part of this process requires your Steam login details, Steam Guard code, recovery code or API key.

Always verify trade details before confirming an offer. Open the offer in Steam, read every item on both sides and check the sender before you accept.

What this service is, and what it is not

The pages below describe only functions that exist today. If something is not listed here, the site does not do it.

What we do

  • Accept exchange requests for CS2 virtual items through a web form.
  • Review each request manually and reply from [email protected].
  • Describe the proposed exchange in writing before anything is sent.
  • Send the trade offer to the Steam Trade URL you supplied, once you agree.
  • Delete the data attached to a request on request — see the Privacy Policy.

What we do not do

  • No automatic inventory valuation and no price quote on the website.
  • No user accounts, dashboards or trade history to log into.
  • No instant or automated trading — a person handles every request.
  • No cases, no chance-based mechanics, no wagering of any kind.
  • No cash payouts, and no claims about the future value of any item.

Before you send a request

Two minutes of preparation makes the review faster and keeps your account safe.

Have your Trade URL ready

Steam generates it under Inventory → Trade Offers → Who can send me Trade Offers. It contains a partner number and a token, and nothing else.

Check your trade holds

Steam applies its own trade holds and cooldowns. We cannot shorten or bypass them, so it is worth checking them before you write to us.

Use an email you read

The reply, the proposed terms and any follow-up questions all arrive by email. We do not use chat, phone calls or social messengers.

Common questions

A few answers in short. The full list is on the FAQ page.

Do you need my Steam password?

No. We ask for a Steam Trade URL, an email address and your notes. Your password, Steam Guard code, recovery code and API key are never requested and must never be shared with anyone, including us.

How long does a review take?

Requests are reviewed by a person during working hours, so the reply is not instant. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because we would not be able to hold it for every request.

Can I cancel a request?

Yes. A request can be cancelled at any time before you accept a trade offer in Steam — reply to our email or write to [email protected] with your reference number. Details are in the refund and cancellation policy.

Is this service affiliated with Valve?

No. BEXU163 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.

Ready to send a request?

The form takes three fields. You will get a reference number as soon as the request is recorded.
