Three things: your Steam Trade URL, an email address we can reply to, and optional notes describing the items you want to exchange. The contact form additionally asks for a name and a subject so that messages can be routed and answered.

Your Steam Trade URL is a public link that Steam generates for receiving trade offers. It does not give anybody access to your account.

You submit the trade request form and immediately receive a reference number in the format TR-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX. A member of our team then reviews the request by hand and replies by email with the terms of the exchange we can offer, a question, or the reason we are declining.

If you accept the terms, a trade offer is sent to your Steam Trade URL. You confirm it yourself in Steam. Nothing leaves your inventory before that.

Requests are reviewed during working hours, Monday to Friday. We do not publish a guaranteed turnaround time, because a manual review cannot honestly be guaranteed to the minute. If a request needs longer than usual, we say so in the reply.

Yes. A trade request can be cancelled at any point before you accept a trade offer in Steam. Reply to our email or write to [email protected] quoting your reference number, and the request is closed with no further steps.

Once you have accepted a trade offer in Steam, the transfer of the items is completed by Steam and cannot be reversed by us. The full rules are on the refund and cancellation page.

No. There is no registration, no login and no dashboard. Everything happens through the two forms on this site and by email, which is why the reference number matters — it is how a request is identified later.

No, and you must never give it to anyone. We do not ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard code, recovery code, session cookie, API key or any other authentication token. Steam credentials should only be entered on official Steam services.

If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us. Please report it to [email protected].

Open the offer inside Steam rather than through a link sent to you, and check four things: the account sending the offer, every item leaving your inventory, every item arriving, and that the offer matches the terms agreed by email. If anything differs, decline the offer and write to us.

No. This website is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam. Counter-Strike 2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All Steam operations follow Steam’s own rules, including trade holds and cooldowns, which we cannot change.

The details you submit are used to review and answer your request, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, do not use them for advertising and do not pass them to third parties for marketing. The site runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
