Cookie Policy
This site uses one cookie, it is strictly necessary, and it is created only when you submit a form. That is the whole story, and it is why you are not being asked to click through a consent banner.
1. Reading pages sets no cookies
Opening the home page or any other page of this site stores nothing on your device: no cookies, no local storage, no tracking pixels. You can verify this in your browser’s developer tools before submitting anything.
2. The one cookie we use

The cookie holds a random session identifier and nothing else. It is marked HttpOnly so that scripts cannot read it, SameSite=Lax so that it is not sent from other sites, and Secure so that it travels only over HTTPS. It carries no advertising identifier and cannot be used to recognise you on another website.
3. What we do not use
- No analytics cookies, and no analytics service of any kind.
- No advertising, remarketing or conversion-tracking cookies.
- No social network buttons, embedded players or third-party fonts.
- No fingerprinting, no local storage and no session storage.
Because the site sets only a strictly necessary cookie, and only in response to an action you take, no consent banner is required under the cookie rules of Ukraine. If that ever changes, a real consent mechanism with Accept, Reject and Preferences options will be added before any optional cookie is set, and this page will be updated first.
4. Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking this one does not stop you from reading the site, but the confirmation page will no longer be able to recognise the request you have just sent; your reference number is still shown in the address of that page and stays valid.
