Have your Trade URL ready
Steam generates it under Inventory → Trade Offers → Who can send me Trade Offers. It contains a partner number and a token, and nothing else.
Counter-Strike 2 item exchange
Send us your Steam Trade URL and a short description. A member of our team reviews the request by hand and replies by email with the terms of the exchange we can offer. Nothing moves in your inventory until you accept a trade offer yourself, inside Steam.
Submit a Trade Request How It Works
We never ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard codes or API keys.
Four steps, all of them visible to you. Steps two and three are done by a person, so they take working hours rather than seconds.
You provide the information needed to review the exchange: your Steam Trade URL, an email address and notes describing the items involved.
We check the information you provided and whether the exchange is available on our side. Requests that we cannot handle are declined by email, with the reason stated.
You receive an email describing the exchange we can offer: which items go each way and any conditions attached. You are free to decline, reply with questions or do nothing.
If you accept, the trade offer is sent to your Steam Trade URL. The final confirmation of the corresponding Steam operations is performed by you, inside Steam.
We never ask for your Steam password. No part of this process requires your Steam login details, Steam Guard code, recovery code or API key.
Always verify trade details before confirming an offer. Open the offer in Steam, read every item on both sides and check the sender before you accept.
The pages below describe only functions that exist today. If something is not listed here, the site does not do it.
Two minutes of preparation makes the review faster and keeps your account safe.

Steam applies its own trade holds and cooldowns. We cannot shorten or bypass them, so it is worth checking them before you write to us.
The reply, the proposed terms and any follow-up questions all arrive by email. We do not use chat, phone calls or social messengers.

Requests are reviewed by a person during working hours, so the reply is not instant. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because we would not be able to hold it for every request.
