About the service
BEXU163 is a small, request-based exchange service for Counter-Strike 2 virtual items. This page describes exactly how it operates, so that nothing on the rest of the site needs to be taken on trust.
What the service does
We exchange Counter-Strike 2 virtual items with users through a written request process. You describe the exchange you are interested in, we tell you what we can offer for it, and if both sides agree the exchange happens as an ordinary Steam trade offer that you accept yourself.
There is no automated pricing engine on this website, no user dashboard and no chance-based mechanic of any kind. The website has exactly two interactive functions: the trade request form and the contact form. Everything else on the site is text.
How a request is handled
When you submit the trade request form, the request is stored on our server and given a reference number in the format TR-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX. That reference is shown to you immediately on the confirmation page, and it is the identifier to quote in any email about the request.
A member of our team then reads the request, checks whether the exchange is available on our side, and replies to the email address you supplied. The reply either sets out the terms of the exchange we can offer, asks a clarifying question, or explains why we are declining. We reply to every request we receive from a working email address.
Because this step is manual, it is not instant. We deliberately do not advertise a guaranteed response time.
Where the boundary is
The final Steam operations are always performed by you. We send a trade offer to the Steam Trade URL you provided; accepting or declining it happens in your Steam client or on the Steam website, under your own control and subject to Steam's own trade holds and cooldowns. We cannot shorten, bypass or influence those holds, and we never act inside your account.

What we will never ask for
No part of this service requires your Steam password, your Steam Guard code, a recovery code, a session cookie or an API key. Nobody writing to you on our behalf will ever ask for them. If a message claiming to come from us does, it is not from us — see the security page for how to check.
